Event Rental

Non-refundable Security Deposit for all rentals – $125.

$50 deposit must be made at time of booking and is refundable is event is cancelled 2 weeks prior to event. Full deposit amount will go towards total rental cost at the time of final payment.

Damage and punctuality (1 minute after is not on time) deposit of $125 must be paid prior to event. The deposit must be paid by cashier’s check, money order or cash. This deposit will be refunded upon conclusion of event if requirements are adhered to.

Renters must exit the building within 1/2 hour of the party ending or forfeit the deposit. All deposits must be paid and the rental agreement signed before the party will be placed on the calendar. Total amount due must be paid at least 14 days before the party. All refunds and deposits will be refunded within two weeks after the completion of the party.
